When we started developing their marketing strategy, we noticed a clear trend in the industry: most firms were focused solely on the final product. “Here’s the building we designed.” Visually impressive? Sure. But unless you were already in the field, it often didn’t resonate.

We saw an opportunity to do something different. Every structure Genesis creates is deeply intentional, and we wanted the marketing to reflect that. We leaned into storytelling, revealing the thought, emotion, and function behind each blueprint. The marketing became less about the building itself and more about the why behind it.
